Experimental data measuring domoic acid (DA) production and growth rate of the diatom Pseudo-nitzschia fraudulenta under changing pCO2 and silicate conditions. Growth under projected future CO2 levels (765 ppm) was tested in addition to modern (360 ppm) and pre-industrial (200 ppm) levels, under silicate replete and limited conditions.
