Water samples were collected by R/V Atlantic Explorer cruises AE1218, AE1228, AE1319, and AE1322 between July of 2012 and October of 2013. The data include biogenic and lithogenic silica concentrations for particles greater than 3 um, and between 0.4 to 3 um.
