Triaxus and CTD operations within the Santa Barbara Channel. Collected samples for particulates and dissolved constituents. Made determinations of primary production by 14C and 32Si incorporation using on-deck incubator. Measurements of microbial activity, biomass and DNA. 3H-Leucine used to assess bacterial production. Conducted deckboard incubation experiments.
