RADseq bleaching response data from Montipora capitata.

Colony health of tagged corals has been monitored since July 2014 (before the project was funded) and will continue through the spring of 2016.  Monitoring consists of weekly surveys of 60 individual coral colonies at 6 sites using Coral Watch color reference scores and photographs. Additionally, video transects were conducted during and after bleaching to measure extent of bleaching by species.
