Abstract

Sponge abundances on the shallow coral reefs of St. John from 1992-2017. Data were extracted from legacy photoquadrats that are part of an ongoing time series, and sponge abundances were expressed as number per quadrat (“Abundance”). Data are presented by taxon, and support Table 1, Figure 4, 5 and S1 in the paper published in Marine Biology (Edumunds et al., 2020).
